Staying in a hotel with new European-style development was definitely a great experience. Our stay became so much more enjoyable because of the cleanliness of the hotel and its practically furnished rooms. We enjoyed the helpfulness of the manager in organizing everything, from tours, taxis, food, and transportation to faraway locations. Another advantage was that the hotel is located in a key location, which makes it convenient to get around.
One of the worst aspects of our stay was the lack of a shower curtain, which meant that water would splash all over the bathroom. It would have been great if it had been provided as it would have made showering much more comfortable.

Selecthotel Ha Long was an amazing place to stay! We really loved the clean and practically furnished rooms. The staff was the best aspect of our stay - the manager Neal was so helpful in organizing everything from tours to taxis. The hotel facilities were great and the location was convenient for exploring the city. Breakfast was also delicious.

One drawback is that there is no shower curtain in the bathroom, which results in water splashing all over the place. It would be beneficial to have a shower curtain to avoid this inconvenience.
